ESCAP regional survey on the availability of national baseline data for the Incheon Strategy to “Make the Right Real” for Persons with Disabilities in Asia and the Pacific
In pursuance of the Ministerial Declaration and the Incheon Strategy, the national Governments in the Asia-Pacific region are requested to establish baseline data by 2017 and the ESCAP secretariat is mandated to report to the Commission triennially until the end of the Decade on the progress in the implementation of the present Declaration and Strategy.
